Primary 5BILLION Band

The thinnest band is best for pull-up assistance, general conditioning, rehabilitation, jumping, speed training, and beginner / light weight training. It can safely raise the intensity of a weightlifting movement without adding additional weights to a bar. For the stronger lifter, it will also add considerable resistance to bicep and tricep exercises.
Mid-level 5BILLION Bands
Yellow (25-65 lbs): 41" x 0.9" x 0.18"
Orange (40-80 lbs): 41" x 1.15" x 0.18"
These mid-level bands can be used by stronger benchers, as well as for banded squats and other exercises involving the lower body, calves, quads, hamstrings, and glutes. They are also good options for mobility and stretching.

Our highest assist band is used for obtaining maximum resistance with squats, deadlifts, leg presses, and shrugs. It is recommended for experienced, high-performance athletes.
